Cleaning
Remove loose dirt and mud with a soft brush. Remove the XFlow™ insole and hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap if needed; rinse thoroughly. Do not machine wash — it can damage the GORE-TEX® membrane and Comfort Wire upper.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Remove the insole and loosen the laces to allow airflow through the recycled 3D Air Mesh heel lining.
Waterproofing Refresh
Periodically revive the GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit membrane's water repellency with a wash-in or spray-on DWR treatment designed for technical footwear.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen all laces to preserve the XFlow™ midsole foam and Comfort Wire upper.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
