Built for technical and unpredictable terrain, the Men's Offtrail Hike GORE-TEX® Shoes will help you chart your own course on or off the trail during your next hike or multi-day adventure. These boots are both rugged and protective with a Cordura® overlasted forefoot, GORE-TEX® 3L waterproof membrane, integrated SKYCORE rock guard and SURFACE CTRL™ rubber outsole. Our waterproof footwear incorporates a variety of advanced waterproofing materials, treatments, and processes. To help keep feet dry, we use internal waterproof membranes and/or adhesive and seam-seal constructions.

Cordura® Ripstop Upper
Upper made with Cordura® ripstop with an overlasted design at the forefoot for increased protection, stability, and durability — a tough, abrasion-resistant build designed for off-trail mileage and unpredictable days.
PFAS-Free GORE-TEX® Membrane
PFAS-free GORE-TEX waterproof membrane locks out rain, snow, and stream crossings while letting heat and moisture escape — dry feet through wet miles without the PFC chemistry.
Ballistic-Rubber Toe Cap
Ballistic-rubber toe cap with TPU overlays shields the forefoot from rock, roots, and scree — protection that prevents the stubbed toes and bruised feet that end a day early.
Reinforced Heel Cup
Reinforced heel cup plus a comfort-padded collar and tongue lock the foot in place for long-distance comfort on multi-day adventures — secure heel hold without pressure points.
Ghillie-Lace Loops + Metal Eyelets
Combination of ghillie-lace loops and two metal eyelets delivers lockdown support and a customizable fit — tension the forefoot where you need it, loosen the ankle for downhill comfort.
Heel Pull Loop
Pull loop at the heel makes the boots easy to slip on and off at camp, in the car, or after a long day — a small touch that saves you from wrestling your shoes off tired.
SKYCORE Rock Guard
Integrated SKYCORE rock guard sits under the forefoot for added protection against sharp stones and technical terrain — keeps the foot shielded on off-trail sections without piling on weight.
Heel & Forefoot Rubber Wraps
Heel and forefoot rubber wraps increase lateral stability and protection on side-hilling, edging, and scrambling — keeping the foot centered and the upper shielded from rock and scree.
SURFACE CTRL™ Rubber Outsole
Durable SURFACE CTRL™ rubber outsole optimized for weight and versatility, made with 10% rubber from smallholder farmers committed to agroforestry principles and regenerative agricultural practices.
5mm High-Traction Lugs
5mm high-traction lugs are designed for grip on harsh terrain — shedding mud, biting into loose ground, and holding firm on wet rock when the trail turns ugly.

Cleaning
Remove loose dirt with a soft brush after every outing. Wash by hand with lukewarm water and a mild technical footwear cleaner — never machine wash, which can delaminate the PFAS-free GORE-TEX® membrane from the Cordura® ripstop upper.
Drying
Remove the insoles, open the laces wide, and stuff with newspaper or use a boot dryer at room temperature. Keep out of direct heat and radiators — high heat damages the GORE-TEX® membrane, the ballistic-rubber toe cap, and the SKYCORE rock guard.
DWR & Waterproofing
When water stops beading on the Cordura® ripstop upper, refresh the DWR finish with a spray-on treatment designed for GORE-TEX® footwear to restore water repellency without clogging the PFAS-free membrane.
Hardware
Wipe the metal eyelets and the heel pull loop with a dry cloth occasionally. If a ghillie-lace loop starts to fray, replace the lace early to prevent it from tearing the upper — a fresh pair of round laces is cheaper than a new upper.
Storage & Resoling
Store in a cool, dry place with the laces loosened and the tongue pulled forward so the upper keeps its shape. The SURFACE CTRL™ rubber outsole can be resoled by a qualified cobbler — inspect the 5mm lugs periodically and resole before the midsole is exposed.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
