Cleaning
Close all hook-and-loop fasteners and zip all zippers before washing. Machine wash in warm water (40°C) with a mild liquid technical detergent. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or harsh detergents.
Drying
Tumble dry on low to medium heat for 20–30 minutes to reactivate the durable water-repellent (DWR) finish on the face fabric.
DWR Refresh
If water no longer beads on the face fabric, retreat with a spray-on or wash-in DWR reproofer to restore waterproof performance.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
