Merino Moisture & Odor Management
38% Merino Wool delivers the natural temperature regulation and odor resistance Merino is known for — the wool pulls moisture vapor away from the skin before it becomes visible sweat, resists odor-causing bacteria across multiple workouts between washes, and regulates body temperature across the wide range of conditions a high-output workout sees. The Merino's natural performance is the foundation of the triple-fiber blend.
TENCEL™ Lyocell Cooling Properties
33% TENCEL™ Lyocell contributes the cooling properties that pure Merino can't match on its own — TENCEL™ is a sustainably-sourced fiber made from wood pulp in a closed-loop manufacturing process that recycles water and solvents. TENCEL™ wicks moisture away from the skin faster than pure Merino, has a cool-to-the-touch hand-feel that feels comfortable from the moment the hoodie goes on, and adds a smooth drape to the fabric that improves the hoodie's fit during movement.
Recycled Polyester Quick-Dry
29% Recycled Polyester contributes the quick drying time and the structural durability the triple-fiber blend needs — the recycled polyester handles the abrasion of repeated workouts, the structural load of a heavier-weight hoodie (vs a tee), and the quick dry time between workouts. The recycled content keeps the durability performance with a lower material footprint than virgin polyester.
Targeted Mesh Zones
Targeted mesh zones designed to help increase breathability where your body needs it — mesh panels are knit into the specific zones where the body builds heat during high-output activity (upper back, under the arms, down the sides). The mesh knit dumps heat where the body needs to release it without breaking the insulation at the core or the coverage at the hood and cuffs. The targeted mesh keeps the hoodie cool during peak output without the bulk-reduction a fully-mesh construction would create.
Regular Fit — Designed To Keep You Moving
Our regular fit is intended to help give you room to move without additional bulk — roomier than a slim-fit athletic piece but not boxy. The cut leaves space for a base layer or a sports bra underneath without the binding a tight athletic fit would create at the chest and shoulder. The regular fit also accommodates the hood without compressing it against the head, and layers cleanly under a shell or a jacket for cold-weather workouts.
Hood Coverage For Active Use
The hood provides head and neck coverage without the bulk of a structured winter hood — the lightweight triple-fiber knit and the regular fit keep the hood comfortable to wear during high-output activity rather than trapping heat the way a heavyweight hood would. The hood fits under a helmet (ski, climb, bike) without the bulk that would create a pressure point against the helmet's foam liner.

Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Wash with like colors — the triple-fiber blend (Merino + TENCEL™ + Recycled Polyester) benefits from isolated washing to protect the fabric's moisture-management properties and the targeted mesh zones. Cold water protects the Merino fibers from shrinking and the TENCEL™ Lyocell's closed-loop-processed fibers from heat damage. Use a mild, technical wash; avoid fabric softeners (they coat the Merino fibers and reduce natural moisture management, and they can leave residue on the TENCEL fibers that reduces their moisture-wicking performance).
Drying
Tumble dry low. The triple-fiber blend and the regular-fit construction tolerate low-heat tumble drying without distorting the fabric's structure or shrinking the Merino fibers. Low heat restores the loft of the Merino, the moisture-wicking performance of the TENCEL™ fibers, and the quick-dry performance of the recycled polyester. Do not tumble dry on medium or high heat; high heat can damage the TENCEL fibers' smooth hand-feel, shrink the Merino, and degrade the mesh zones' breathability.
Bleach & Iron
Do not bleach. Cool iron as needed — do not iron decoration. Bleach breaks down Merino wool fibers and degrades the TENCEL™ Lyocell and recycled polyester components. Iron only on low heat and only on the non-decorated fabric areas; high heat can scorch the triple-fiber blend and damage the targeted mesh zones' structure.
Dry Cleaning
Do not dry clean. The harsh solvents used in commercial dry cleaning strip the natural lanolin from Merino and degrade the TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers' moisture-wicking performance and the recycled polyester's structural integrity — all three components of the blend are core to the hoodie's performance.
Storage
Store folded in a dry, breathable space. Merino's natural odor resistance means the same hoodie covers multiple high-sweat workouts between washes, which extends the fabric's lifespan and reduces the cleaning frequency. Folded storage preserves the regular fit's movement profile and the targeted mesh zones' structure; hanging for long periods can stretch the triple-fiber blend out at the shoulder.
