Intraknit™ 3D-Mapped Construction
Featuring Intraknit™ technology: Insulation, articulation, and ventilation are seamlessly integrated to help with movement and comfort. The 3D mapping results in a near-custom fit and freedom of movement — stretch zones are placed where the arm reaches forward, where the torso twists, and where the hip flexes on a skin-track or a steep trail.
Merino Sport Yarn Blend
56% Merino Wool, 44% Polyester. The Merino Sport yarn combines the power and benefits of Merino wool (moisture management, temperature regulation, odor resistance) with the durability and fast dry times of polyester. The result is a base layer that breathes across high-output activity without staying wet, and that holds its shape through wash and wear better than a pure-Merino alternative.
Seamlessly Knit Mesh Ventilation
The Intraknit™ construction seamlessly knits mesh ventilation zones directly into the fabric — not added as separate panels or underarm gussets. The mesh zones dump heat where the body needs it most (upper back, underarms, behind the knees on the bottom) without the bulk or extra seams that traditional base layer vents add.
8.25" Center-Front Zipper
An 8.25" (21 cm) center-front zipper vents from the chest down — open it for high-output climbs and shut it for cold descents. The zipper gives the base layer its own ventilation system without changing the base layer underneath; the partial zip also makes the layer easier to pull on and off over the head.
Slim Base-Layer Fit
Our slim fit is intended to follow the contours of the body — fitted through the torso and arms without compression. The Intraknit™ 1/4 Zip layers cleanly under an insulated jacket, vest, or shell; the 3D-knit construction eliminates the bunching that traditional flat-knit base layers create at the elbows and waist when the body moves.
Minimal Seams For Chafe Resistance
The 3D-knit construction eliminates most traditional seams — no shoulder seam, no underarm seam in the conventional sense. The result is a base layer with fewer chafe points under packs, harnesses, and shells, and a cleaner fit that holds its shape through hundreds of wear cycles.

Washing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Cold water protects the Intraknit™ 3D-knit construction and the Merino fibers; the gentle cycle keeps the ventilation zones and the 8.25" center-front zipper from snagging. Turn the 1/4 zip inside out before washing to protect the outer knit and the zipper teeth.
Drying
Dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Tumble drying can distort the mapped ventilation and insulation zones of the Intraknit™ construction. Lay the 1/4 zip flat on a clean towel and reshape as it dries — air-drying protects the 3D-knit geometry and preserves the tailored fit through hundreds of wear cycles.
Bleach
Do not bleach. Bleach damages Merino wool fibers and degrades the polyester backbone that gives the Intraknit™ Thermal its shape retention.
Ironing & Decoration
Cool iron as needed. Do not iron decoration. The Intraknit™ 3D-knit recovers from light wrinkles with steam or a cool iron; direct high heat on the polyester backbone or any printed graphics will scorch or distort the surface.
Dry Cleaning
Do not dry clean. The harsh solvents used in commercial dry cleaning strip the natural lanolin from Merino and degrade the polyester backbone, leaving the base layer brittle and prone to losing its tailored fit.

Bicycles:
Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Riding Gear & Apparel:
Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 3-10 business days.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
