D.O.A. Men's Snowboard

An icon, the Capita D.O.A. snowboard is one of the most famous and award-winning snowboards of all time. This versatile series stands proud as the ultimate go-anywhere, do-anything freestyle deck. Whether you're hitting rails in the park, slashing wind-blown pow, or carving groomers at mach speed — the D.O.A. delivers the legendary performance that has made it one of the most coveted snowboards in the world. Hand-crafted in Austria at The Mothership CAPiTA MFG with 100% clean energy.

The Most Famous and Award-Winning Snowboard of All Time
The D.O.A. has carved out a legendary position as one of the greatest all-mountain freestyle boards in the world. Multiple snowboard of the year awards. Proven performance at the highest level — this is the board that started Capita's rise to prominence.
The Ultimate Go-Anywhere, Do-Anything Freestyle Deck
The D.O.A. is the most versatile board in Capita's lineup — equally at home in the park, on groomers, in pow, or in the trees. One board that does it all without compromise.
Hand-Crafted in Austria at The Mothership
Every D.O.A. is hand-crafted at The Mothership CAPiTA MFG in Austria — a clean energy production wonder powered by an on-site hydro-activated NH3 Thermal Energy System in concert with a solar panel array.
P2 Superlight Core
Lightweight, durable, and poppy — the P2 Superlight Core is built for the responsive feel of a traditional core at a fraction of the weight. The D.O.A. stays light underfoot without sacrificing pop or durability.
Hybrid HolySheet with Carbon Boosters
New for 2025, the D.O.A.'s Hybrid HolySheet fiberglass is directly interwoven with Carbon Boosters for a precise, featherweight construction. Pop and response of traditional biax with reduced weight and added carbon snap.
Resort V1 Profile
Capita's hybrid camber profile takes full advantage of traditional camber, zero camber, and reverse camber. Get the pop and response of camber with the predictability and float of rocker — the best of both worlds for resort and all-mountain riding.
PLT Topsheet Technology
Capita-exclusive PLT Topsheet Technology magically bonds the topsheet to an already-pressed snowboard. Produces a featherlight, smooth, high-gloss finish without using any toxic solvents.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. A board bag protects the finish and the ratchets from snagging in your gear. The S6 Duraflex ST baseplate is lightweight but still benefits from careful storage.

Strap Care
Wipe the Forma Hybrid Ankle Strap and TS 2.1 UltraGrip Toe Strap with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt, salt, and grime after each season. Avoid harsh solvents that can degrade the strap material or the Memory Core.

Disc & Hardware
Check all mounting hardware before each season. The Grade 8.8 steel hardware can be re-torqued, but replace any stripped or corroded parts before your next ride. The Mini Disk is rated for 4×4, 2×4, and Channel insert patterns.

Ratchet Maintenance
Keep the Aluminum S2 ratchet springs free of ice and salt buildup in winter — a quick blast with compressed air or a wipe with a dry cloth prevents ratchet fail mid-run. Lubricate the ratchet pawl with a dry PTFE lube once a season.

🔩 Component Breakdown
P2 Superlight Core
The D.O.A.'s lightweight, durable, and poppy P2 Superlight Core is built for responsive all-mountain freestyle. Engineered to deliver the snap and pop of a traditional core at a fraction of the weight — the D.O.A. stays light underfoot without sacrificing performance.
Hybrid HolySheet Fiberglass w/ Carbon Boosters
New for 2025, the D.O.A.'s Hybrid HolySheet is directly interwoven with Carbon Boosters for a precise, featherweight construction. This cutting-edge Capita development delivers the pop and response of traditional biax fiberglass with reduced weight and added carbon snap.
Resort V1 Profile
Capita's RESORT V1 Profile takes full advantage of traditional camber, zero camber, and reverse camber. This next-generation design gives you the pop and response of a cambered board with the predictability and float of a rocker board — the best of both worlds for resort and all-mountain riding.
PLT Topsheet Technology
PLT Topsheet Technology is exclusive to Capita MFG and magically bonds the topsheet to an already-pressed snowboard. This produces a featherlight, smooth, high-gloss finish without using any toxic solvents — eco-friendly and high-performance.
SuperDrive Base
Capita's SuperDrive base is the fastest, hardest, most durable sintered base material in the Capita lineup. Wax-infused for exceptional speed and minimal maintenance run after run. The fastest base Capita offers.
ABS Sidewall

360° Steel Edges
Full-wrap 360° steel edges deliver consistent edge hold and durability. Built to handle the abuse of park riding, side hits, and regular resort sessions season after season.
