Wax every 3-5 riding days or any time the base looks dry, white, or slow. The SuperDrive sintered base absorbs wax quickly — hot wax preferred for full saturation, rub-on wax for field top-ups. Capita\'s wax-infused base holds wax longer than standard sintered bases.

Edge Tuning

Sharpen edges with a file or stone when they feel dull, after hitting rocks, or at the start of each season. The D.O.A.\'s true twin shape supports switch riding, so detune the contact points symmetrically for a less catchy feel in the park and on rails.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep it in a board bag to protect the topsheet and base from scratches during transport. Avoid leaving it in a hot car or garage — heat can delaminate the topsheet and weaken the base.

Binding Mounting
\n
The 2x4 stainless steel insert pattern lets you set stance width and angles anywhere in the range. Mount bindings with the standard 4×4 pattern using 4× M6 screws per binding. For a true twin setup, mount the bindings perfectly centered around the mid-body for switch riding. Capita\'s reference stance for each size is listed in the size chart — use that as a starting point and adjust based on your stance width preference.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:
