Shell Cleaning
Clean the exterior shell with lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Rinse away dirt and residue, then dry with a clean towel. Do not use solvents, abrasive pads, household cleaners, or unapproved paints and adhesives, which can damage helmet materials.
Liner and Ear Pads
Wipe the interior lining and ear pads gently with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Allow all padding to air dry completely before use or storage. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or expose the liner to direct heat.
Buckle and Fit Check
Keep the Fidlock® buckle and chin strap free of snow, dirt, and damage. Before each use, check that the buckle closes securely, the strap is properly adjusted, and the helmet sits level and stable without excessive movement.
Storage
Allow the helmet and padding to dry fully before storage. Keep the helmet in its bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, high heat, chemicals, and heavy objects that could compress or deform it.
Inspection and Replacement
Inspect the shell, foam, lining, chin strap, and buckle regularly for cracks, loose parts, deformation, or other damage. Replace the helmet after a significant impact, even if no damage is visible, or whenever its protective components are compromised. Do not drill, modify, or attach unapproved accessories.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
