Washing
Close all zippers before washing. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener — it coats the fleece lining fibers and the DWR finish, reducing both comfort and water repellency.
Drying
Tumble dry LOW with 2–3 clean tennis balls to restore insulation loft. Multiple low-heat cycles are normal for a synthetic double bag — must dry completely inside and out to prevent mildew. Avoid high heat which can damage the fleece and shrink the shell.
Fleece Care
The fleece lining will pill over time with use — use a fabric shaver to remove pilling and keep the soft feel. Avoid fabric softener in the wash (degrades wicking) and skip the dryer sheets (coats fibers).
DWR Refresh
When water stops beading on the shell, reproof with a spray-on DWR treatment (such as Nikwax TX Direct Spray-On) to restore water repellency.
Storage
Store loosely in a cool, dry place — never compressed in its stuff sack for the off-season. Hanging or loose folding preserves synthetic fill loft. Ensure fully dry before storing to prevent mildew and odor.
Zippers
Periodically run a graphite pencil or zipper lubricant along the zippers to keep them sliding smoothly. Avoid forcing zippers — back up and re-align if fabric catches in the teeth.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
