Reckoner 102 Women's Skis 2027

The Reckoner 102 W is the ultimate all-mountain ski designed for intermediate to advanced skiers who crave versatility and control. With its lightweight construction and rockered profile, this ski excels in any condition, from deep powder to hardpack. Features K2's patented Spectral Braid technology, beefed-up sidewalls, and Triaxial Braided Cores built to deliver unmatched stability, durability, and power for a smooth and confident ride.

Spectral Braid Construction
K2's patented Spectral Braid interlocks fiberglass around a milled wood core at variable angles for pronounced torsional strength and tunable longitudinal flex. Tuned to be softer in the tip and tail for buttery pressability while maintaining edge hold underfoot when the snow gets firm.
Triaxial Braided Core
Triaxial Braided Core construction adds longitudinal and diagonal fiberglass layers around the milled wood core for the strength and stability the Reckoner 102 W needs to charge variable snow. More robust than standard biaxial fiberglass — perfect for the heavier demands of a 102mm-waist all-mountain ski.
Beefed-Up Sidewalls
Reinforced sidewalls add edge hold, impact resistance, and torsional stiffness for hard-charging freestyle riding. Heavier than cap, but the trade-off is a ski that survives rail slides, rock strikes, and the demands of variable snow at speed.
102mm Waist Width
The 102mm waist is the powder-focused alternative to the Reckoner 92 W. Still quick enough to edge on hardpack, but noticeably more surface area for float in soft snow. A women's one-ski quiver for the rider who wants a playful freestyle ski that doesn't sink on deep days.
Lightweight Construction
Despite the 102mm waist and reinforced sidewalls, the Reckoner 102 W stays lightweight for its class. Reduced swing weight for easier spins, decreased fatigue on long days, and a lighter overall feel that matches the women's-specific stance geometry.

After Use
Wipe down the bases with a dry cloth to remove snow and moisture. Store skis in a cool, dry place — extreme heat (car trunks, garage storage) can damage the core, sidewalls, and topsheet. A ski bag or wall rack in a climate-controlled space is ideal.
Base & Edge Maintenance
Wax regularly — every 4-6 days of riding, or whenever the bases look dry or white. Use a temperature-specific wax for the conditions. Sharpen edges with a proper edge file or take to a ski shop at the first sign of dulling, especially after rail or rock contact.
Storage
Store skis base-to-base with a layer of wax on the bases to prevent rust and drying. Use ski straps or a ski bag to keep them together. Avoid leaning skis in corners where they can develop a permanent warp — wall racks or flat storage are best for long-term care.
Binding Compatibility
Bindings must be mounted by an authorized retailer before use. Specify your preferred mount position (center, +1, +2) at the time of mounting. Inspect mounting screws annually to ensure they're tight, and remount if you change boot size or stance width significantly.

🔩
Spectral Braid Construction
K2's patented Spectral Braid interlocks fiberglass around a milled wood core at variable angles for pronounced torsional strength and tunable longitudinal flex. Tuned to be softer in the tip and tail for buttery pressability while maintaining edge hold underfoot when the snow gets firm. The women's-specific tune keeps the flex pattern accessible to lighter riders.
Triaxial Braided Core
Triaxial Braided Core construction adds longitudinal and diagonal fiberglass layers around the milled wood core for the strength and stability the Reckoner 102 W needs to charge variable snow. The triaxial layup is more robust than standard biaxial fiberglass — perfect for the heavier demands of a 102mm-waist all-mountain ski.
Beefed-Up Sidewalls
Reinforced sidewalls add edge hold, impact resistance, and torsional stiffness for hard-charging freestyle riding. The "beefed-up" construction is heavier than cap, but the trade-off is a ski that survives rail slides, rock strikes, and the demands of variable snow at speed.
Lightweight Construction
Despite the 102mm waist and reinforced sidewalls, the Reckoner 102 W stays lightweight for its class. Reduced swing weight for easier spins, decreased fatigue on long days, and a lighter overall feel that matches the women's-specific stance geometry.
All-Terrain Twin Rocker
Rocker in the tip and tail with camber underfoot. The twin-tip shape is symmetrical for switch skiing, and the elevated contact points keep the Reckoner 102 W surfy in soft snow and stable at speed — equally at home in the park or in deep afternoon chop.
Twin-Tip Shape
Symmetrical tip and tail with the same rise and length front and back. Ride switch with the same confidence as forward, butter and press without thinking about which end is leading, and land fakie off every feature in the park. Women's-specific mount point keeps the balance point aligned.
14.3m Turn Radius
A medium-short radius built for quick, snappy turns and playful feel. Carves clean on groomers, slashes through trees without getting caught, and snaps from edge to edge fast enough to keep up with park laps and side hits.
