Cortex 125 Zonal BOA Women's Ski Boots 2027

Less talk, more rock. We put our money where our mouth is with the Cortex Zonal 125 BOA® W. Dial into equalized pressure and an improved wrap that delivers better power transmission. The most uncompromising, highest-performance women's boot we've ever made.

Zonal BOA® Fit System
Zonal BOA® Fit System provides two separate micro-adjustable zones for independent upper and lower fit. Equalized pressure — the zonal control lets you tune the upper and lower wrap independently for the most even, balanced fit possible.
125 Flex Rating
The 125 flex delivers uncompromising power for expert women skiers who charge hard. The highest flex in the women's-specific line — for skiers who can generate the force needed to drive the boot through chopped-up snow and variable conditions at the highest speeds.
98mm Low-Volume Last
The 98mm low-volume last is the narrowest fit in the women's-specific line — built for expert women skiers with narrow to medium-volume feet who demand the most precise fit. The snug midfoot and heel pocket deliver maximum power transfer.
Improved Wrap & Power Transmission
The Cortex 125 delivers an improved wrap over previous generations — the Zonal BOA system tightens both zones evenly, reducing pressure points and dead spots. Better power transmission from your leg to the ski, with less energy lost in shell deflection.
Women's-Specific Architecture
Built around a women's-specific last and cuff geometry — narrower heel pocket, lower instep, and a more accommodating toe box than unisex boots at the same flex. The lower cuff height matches women's lower calf geometry.

Drying
Remove liners after each use and air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Buckles and BOA dials should be stored open or loosely closed to allow airflow and prevent shell deformation. Never use a hair dryer or place boots on a radiator.
Shell Cleaning
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth to remove dirt and salt. Use a mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh solvents that can damage the shell material or BOA components. Pay special attention to the BOA dial and lace area to keep the closure mechanism clean.
Liner Care
Remove premium liners periodically for full air-drying. Hand-wash with lukewarm water and mild soap, then air-dry completely. Never machine wash or tumble dry. A boot fitter can heat-mold the liner for a more custom fit if pressure points develop.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Buckles and BOA dials should be left loose during long-term storage. For off-season, slip a boot tree or rolled magazine into each shell to maintain shape.

The Cortex 125 runs in 22.5-27.5 mondo — a wider women's size range than the Anthem line, covering US Women's 5.5 through 10.5. The 98mm low-volume last is built for expert women skiers who demand the most precise fit available — snug through the midfoot and heel for maximum power transfer, with just enough room in the toe box for expert skiers who know exactly what they want from their boot fit.

🔩
Zonal BOA® Fit System
Zonal BOA® Fit System provides two separate micro-adjustable zones for independent upper and lower fit. "Equalized pressure" — the zonal control lets you tune the upper and lower wrap independently for the most even, balanced fit possible. Better wrap = better power transmission from boot to ski. Steel laces, polymer guides, and glove-friendly dials.
125 Flex Rating
The 125 flex delivers uncompromising power for expert women skiers who charge hard. The highest flex in the women's-specific line — for skiers who can generate the force needed to drive the boot through chopped-up snow and variable conditions at the highest speeds. Not for the faint of heart.
98mm Low-Volume Last
The 98mm low-volume last is the narrowest fit in the women's-specific line — built for expert women skiers with narrow to medium-volume feet who demand the most precise fit. The snug midfoot and heel pocket deliver maximum power transfer, with just enough toe room for expert skiers who know exactly what they want.
Improved Wrap & Power Transmission
The Cortex 125 delivers an "improved wrap" over previous generations — the Zonal BOA system tightens both zones evenly, reducing the pressure points and dead spots that plague traditional two-buckle overlap boots. The result: better power transmission from your leg to the ski, with less energy lost in shell deflection.
2-Piece Overlap Construction
Classic 2-piece overlap design with a replaceable sole and a stiff touring-friendly cuff. The overlap delivers direct power transfer from cuff to shell for solid edge-to-edge response, and the lower shell opens wide for easy entry on cold mornings with a frozen buckle.
Women's-Specific Architecture
Built around a women's-specific last and cuff geometry — narrower heel pocket, lower instep, and a more accommodating toe box than unisex boots at the same flex. The lower cuff height matches women's lower calf geometry, so the boot doesn't dig into the back of the leg when flexing forward.
Most Uncompromising Women's Boot
The Cortex 125 is "the most uncompromising, highest-performance women's boot we've ever made" per K2's product copy. Built for expert women skiers who demand the best — no compromises on flex, fit, or power transmission. If you're the kind of skier who pushes the limit on the mountain, this is the boot for you.
Expert Ability Tuning
Built for expert-only skiers — the 125 flex and 98mm low-volume last are not for beginners or even most intermediates. This boot assumes you can drive a stiff boot at the highest speeds and want the most precise fit available. If you're a strong skier who wants the best, this is it.
