BFC 80 Men's Ski Boots 2027

Built to keep up with your first adventures. The BFC 80 delivers a low-profile, easy-flexing fit designed for newer skiers who want comfort, warmth, and just enough performance to keep progressing. A roomy 103mm last, plush liner, and GripWalk soles mean you can finally ditch the rental counter and ski your own gear from day one.

103mm Roomy Last
"A roomy 103mm last" — the defining feature of the BFC line. The wide last accommodates broader feet and skiers who prefer a more comfortable, less aggressive fit. The roomy volume is especially good for skiers with wider feet who cramp in narrower boots.
Soft 80 Flex
"Low-profile, easy-flexing fit" — the 80 flex is the softest in the men's BFC line, designed for newer skiers who want comfort over aggressive response. Easy to flex forward without much resistance, making it ideal for progressing skiers still building leg strength.
CushFit Comfort Liner
Plush CushFit Comfort liner delivers the warmth and cushioning that newer skiers need on long days. The heat-moldable construction provides a custom fit, and the cushioned material forgives imperfect foot positioning for beginners still learning the right stance.
GripWalk Soles
GripWalk soles provide the grip and walkability of a hiking boot on ice, parking lots, and lodge floors. The ISO 9523 standard works with all major GripWalk-equipped alpine bindings.
Beginner-Friendly Performance
"Just enough performance to keep progressing" — the BFC 80 delivers enough response for skiers to feel their technique improving, but not so much stiffness that the boot punishes early mistakes.

Drying
Remove liners after each use and air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Buckles should be stored open or loosely closed to allow airflow and prevent shell deformation. Never use a hair dryer or place boots on a radiator.
Shell Cleaning
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth to remove dirt and salt. Use a mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh solvents that can damage the shell material or buckle components.
Liner Care
Remove CushFit Comfort liners periodically for full air-drying. Hand-wash with lukewarm water and mild soap, then air-dry completely. Never machine wash or tumble dry. A boot fitter can heat-mold the liner for a more custom fit if pressure points develop.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Buckles should be left loose during long-term storage. For off-season, slip a boot tree or rolled magazine into each shell to maintain shape.

The BFC 80 runs in 24.5-30.5 mondo — a wide size range for men's beginner and intermediate skiers. The 103mm "roomy" last is the defining feature of the BFC (Better Fit Collection) line — built for skiers with wider feet or who prefer a more comfortable, less aggressive fit. "Finally ditch the rental counter and ski your own gear from day one" — the BFC 80 is the first-boot upgrade for skiers ready to commit to their own setup.

GripWalk Soles
GripWalk soles provide the grip and walkability of a hiking boot on ice, parking lots, and lodge floors. The ISO 9523 standard works with all major GripWalk-equipped alpine bindings. Perfect for the parking lot-to-lodge walk without changing the boot-binding interface.
2-Piece Overlap Construction
Classic 2-piece overlap design with a replaceable sole. The overlap delivers direct power transfer from cuff to shell for solid edge-to-edge response, while the lower shell opens wide for easy entry on cold mornings with a frozen buckle.
High Volume Fit
"High volume" classification confirms the roomy fit profile. The BFC 80's 103mm last is the widest in the men's BFC line — for skiers who prioritize comfort over precision, and for skiers with wider feet who struggle in narrower boots.
Beginner-Friendly Performance
"Just enough performance to keep progressing" — the BFC 80 delivers enough response for skiers to feel their technique improving, but not so much stiffness that the boot punishes early mistakes. The progression-friendly flex pattern is forgiving without being sloppy.
BFC Collection
Part of the BFC (Better Fit Collection) — K2's comfort-focused line designed for skiers who prioritize fit and warmth over maximum performance. The BFC line includes models from beginner (80) to advanced (120) flex, all with the roomy last and plush liner philosophy.
