Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Use a mild, technical-fabric or activewear-friendly detergent. Do not bleach, and skip the fabric softener — it coats the FLASHDRY-XD™ fibers and breaks down the anti-odor treatment.
Drying
Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Avoid high heat, which can damage the elastane and degrade the anti-odor finish over time.
Storage
Fold and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Drawcord Care
Loosen the internal drawcord fully before washing to prevent tangling or stress on the elastic waistband channel.
Avoid
Don't iron directly on the woven logo label. Don't dry clean. Both can damage the fabric and the finishes.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
