The Women's Borealis Backpack, now in a Luxe version with premium metallic accents. With its iconic bungee cord system, women-specific FlexVent™ suspension system, and a large interior compartment, the Luxe keeps your items secure inside and out. This go-anywhere pack also features a stand-up design, sternum strap, removable waist belt, and protective laptop compartment — equally at home on campus, on a flight, or out for a long day on the trail.

Women-Specific FlexVent™ Suspension
Certified by the American Chiropractic Association, the women-specific FlexVent™ suspension uses articulated shoulder straps, a rounded back panel, comfortable stitch lines, and soft-touch chemise fabric for all-day carry that won't fight your back.
External Bungee-Compression System
Iconic external bungee-compression system with clips on the front panel offers several options for organization — stuff a jacket under the bungee, clip a helmet to the cords, or compress the load when the pack isn't full.
Side Bungee Compression
Side bungee cords allow for compression of the load, cinching the pack tight for a stable carry when the main compartment is half-empty.
Bottom Compression
Bottom compression straps cinch the load tight against the base, preventing the pack from sagging on a long walk or shifting during a fast hike.
Stand-Up Design
Structured base lets the pack stand on its own between classes or on the conveyor belt — no more toppled-over bag spilling contents across the floor.
16" Laptop Compartment
Protective, dedicated 16" laptop compartment in the main body of the pack — padded on every side to keep a work or school machine safe on commutes and flights.

Padded Top Grab Handle
Comfortable, padded top grab handle is reinforced to handle a one-handed grab off the floor or a one-arm swing onto a hook at home.
Sternum Strap with Whistle Buckle
Adjustable sternum strap locks the shoulder straps in place on heavier loads — and the buckle doubles as an emergency whistle when the trail goes sideways.
Removable Waist Belt
Removable waist belt stabilizes heavier loads and takes pressure off the shoulders — clip it on for trail days, leave it off for campus commutes.
Coated Recycled Polyester Boot
Coated, abrasion-resistant recycled polyester boot fabric reinforces the base of the pack — shrugs off wet pavement, snow, and being slid under a bus seat without fraying or staining.
Reflective Details
Light-reflective detailing on the front, sides, and shoulder straps catches headlights and streetlights for low-light visibility on early-morning or evening commutes.

210D recycled nylon ripstop with non-PFC DWR finish
Spot Clean
Wipe down the body, shoulder straps, and base with a damp cloth and mild soap to lift daily grime, scuffs, and ink marks. Don't machine wash — the agitation breaks down the suspension frame and damages the laptop padding.
Hand Wash the Lining
For interior messes, turn the pack inside out and hand wash the lining with a tiny drop of mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and hang to dry with all compartments unzipped.
Air Dry Only
Open every compartment and hang the pack in a well-ventilated spot to air dry. Skip the dryer and skip direct sunlight — heat breaks down the ripstop and the DWR finish.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals
No bleach, no solvents, no fabric softener. They strip the non-PFC DWR finish off the ripstop and degrade the YKK® zippers over time. The metallic Luxe zipper pulls will also tarnish under harsh chemistry.
Re-Treat the DWR
When the shell stops beading water, refresh the non-PFC DWR finish with a spray-on treatment to bring rain-shedding performance back.
Hardware Check
Periodically inspect buckles, bungee cords, bartack stitching, and the YKK® zippers. Clear debris from zippers with a soft brush, and treat stuck sliders with a graphite-free stick lube to keep them running smooth.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
