Protective laptop compartment, internal organization, and a fleece-lined top pocket cover the daily carry, while side compression and daisy-chain lash points handle the overstuffed days.

Certified by the American Chiropractic Association, the FlexVent™ suspension uses articulated shoulder straps, a rounded back panel, comfortable stitch lines, and soft-touch chemise fabric for all-day carry that won't fight your back.
Stand-Up Design
The structured base lets the pack stand on its own between classes or on the conveyor belt — no more toppled-over bag spilling contents across the floor.
16" Laptop Compartment
Protective, dedicated 16" laptop compartment in the main body of the pack — padded on every side to keep a work or school machine safe on commutes and flights.
Large Main Compartment
Roomy main compartment swallows textbooks, binders, a change of clothes, or a day-trip kit with room to spare.
Organized Front Compartment
Front compartment features internal organization with secure-zip pockets and a padded tablet sleeve — pens, cables, and a tablet all in their own spot.
Fleece-Lined Top Pocket
External fleece-lined pocket on top protects sunglasses, phone, or keys from scratches and scuffs. Quick-grab without digging through the main compartment.
External Stretch-Mesh Pocket
Front stretch-mesh pocket swallows a damp shell, a wet towel, or a last-minute layer — stretchy enough to flex with the load.
Dual Water Bottle Pockets
Two durable side water bottle pockets can easily double as multi-use pockets, with quick-draw smartphone access on one side. Bungee cinches keep tall bottles or umbrellas from falling out.
Side & Bottom Compression
Side and bottom compression straps cinch the load tight, stabilize the pack on the move, and prevent contents from shifting during a long walk or fast hike.
Daisy-Chain Lash Points
External daisy-chain webbing gives you anchor points for clipping a helmet, a padlock, or a rolled-up jacket on the outside of the pack.
YKK® Zippers
Easy-to-use YKK® zippers run smoothly day after day — built to survive overstuffed loads, jammed zippers, and the long haul of daily use.
Padded Top Grab Handle
Comfortable, padded top grab handle is reinforced to handle a one-handed grab off the floor or a one-arm swing onto a hook at home.
Sternum Strap with Whistle Buckle
Adjustable sternum strap locks the shoulder straps in place on heavier loads — and the buckle doubles as an emergency whistle when the trail goes sideways.
Removable Waist Belt
Removable waist belt stabilizes heavier loads and takes pressure off the shoulders — clip it on for trail days, leave it off for campus commutes.
Women-Specific Version Available
A women-specific version of the Recon is also available, tuned for narrower shoulders and shorter torsos. If the standard men's fit doesn't sit right, the women's version is the move.
Reflective Details
Light-reflective detailing on the front, sides, and shoulder straps catches headlights and streetlights for low-light visibility on early-morning or evening commutes.

Fit

Spot Clean
Wipe down the body, shoulder straps, and base with a damp cloth and mild soap to lift daily grime, scuffs, and ink marks. Don't machine wash — the agitation breaks down the suspension frame and damages the laptop padding.
Hand Wash the Lining
For interior messes, turn the pack inside out and hand wash the lining with a tiny drop of mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and hang to dry with all compartments unzipped.
Air Dry Only
Open every compartment and hang the pack in a well-ventilated spot to air dry. Skip the dryer and skip direct sunlight — heat breaks down the ripstop and the DWR finish.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals
No bleach, no solvents, no fabric softener. They strip the non-PFC DWR finish off the ripstop and degrade the YKK® zippers over time.
Re-Treat the DWR
When the shell stops beading water, refresh the non-PFC DWR finish with a spray-on treatment to bring rain-shedding performance back.
Hardware Check
Periodically inspect buckles, daisy chains, bartack stitching, and the YKK® zippers. Clear debris from zippers with a soft brush, and treat stuck sliders with a graphite-free stick lube to keep them running smooth.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
