Certified by the American Chiropractic Association — features articulated shoulder straps, a rounded back panel, comfortable stitch lines and soft-touch chemise fabric for all-day comfort.
Iconic Bungee Compression System
External bungee-compression straps with clips on the front, plus side bungee cords and bottom compression — load it down or cinch it tight depending on the day's haul.

Easy-to-use YKK® zippers throughout, with a comfortable padded top grab handle for grabbing off a hook or carrying one-handed.
Sternum Strap + Removable Waist Belt
Sternum strap with built-in whistle buckle for stability on the move. Removable waist belt adds load control when you need it and tucks away when you don't.
Abrasion-Resistant Boot Fabric
Coated, abrasion-resistant recycled polyester boot fabric on the bottom — shrugs off scuffs, mud, and wet pavement when you set the pack down.
Reflective Detailing
Reflective accents boost visibility in low-light conditions — commutes at dusk, late walks across campus, or early-morning trailheads.

Spot Clean Only
Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt and stains. Do not machine wash or machine dry — this can damage the fabric, DWR finish, and structural panels.
Air Dry
If the pack gets wet, open all compartments and hang in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct heat sources and prolonged sunlight, which degrade fabric and color over time.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving in a hot car or damp environment for extended periods.
Zipper Care
If zippers stick, work them open and closed gently. A graphite pencil rubbed lightly along the teeth can help — avoid oils or lubricants that stain the fabric.
Boot Fabric Care
The coated bottom fabric is built tough — brush off dried mud and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents that can break down the coating.
DWR Refresh
The water-repellent finish wears over time. To refresh, apply a spray-on DWR treatment designed for technical fabrics.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 1–4 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
