Alpine-Cut Shoulder Straps
Removable, adjustable shoulder straps cut for an ergonomic fit — sits flat against the bag with minimal twisting on long carries, and stows cleanly into the duffel handles when you don't need them.
Connected Duffel Handles
Side duffel handles link with a hook-and-loop wrap to keep them paired up and snag-free through conveyor belts, cargo holds, and overhead bins.
End Grab Handles
Reinforced grab handles on each end give you a clean two-person lift off a roof rack, a sled drag across a platform, or a single-handle yank out of a pickup bed.
D-Zip Weather-Resistant Opening
D-shaped zip with a weather-resistant zippered flap over the teeth — keeps rain, sleet, and road spray from wicking into the main compartment.
Organized Main Compartment
Inside the lid: a secure-zip mesh pocket for keys, wallet, and documents. On the end-cap: a mesh sleeve pocket sized for shoes, a wet shell, or a toiletry bag.

Water-resistant Base Camp body fabric, extra bartacks at every stress point, and double stitching through the handles and daisy chain — built to be dragged, dropped, and overstuffed.
Four Compression Straps
Heavy-duty side compression straps cinch the load tight so contents stop shifting, and let you strap a jacket or sleeping pad to the outside when you need the extra room.
Daisy-Chain Lash Points
External daisy-chain webbing runs along the sides — anchor points for clipping a helmet, lashing a foam pad, or threading a padlock through the zippers.
Water-Resistant ID Window
Top-mounted ID sleeve holds a luggage tag and stays readable after a downpour — no soggy paper, no lost bag.
Mesh-Bag Packaging

Spot Clean
Wipe down the body and boot with a damp cloth and mild soap after dusty or muddy trips. For caked-on grime, let the soap sit for a minute before wiping — no scrubbing required.
Rinse & Air Dry
For heavier dirt, rinse the whole bag with a garden hose, prop it open, and air dry away from direct heat. Direct sun or a hot car can warp the base and degrade the PVC coating over time.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals
Skip bleach, solvents, and machine washers — they'll break down the PVC coating on the body and strip the DWR finish off the boot fabric.
Store Open or Loose
Keep the duffel unzipped, or loosely folded, in a cool, dry place. A fully sealed, damp duffel is a mildew invitation — let it breathe between trips.
Re-Treat DWR
When water stops beading on the 840D ballistic nylon boot, refresh the water repellency with a spray-on non-PFC DWR to bring the beading back.
Hardware Check
Periodically inspect buckles, daisy chains, and bartack stitching for fraying. Brush debris out of the zippers and treat stuck sliders with a graphite-free stick lube to keep them running smooth.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
