ActiveIce Sun Sleeves

Our best-selling ActiveIce™ Sun Sleeve provides the highest sun protective coverage by extending the coverage to the top of the hand, featuring thumb holes and a bicep grip for secure placement. Made with a bluesign® approved polyester blend, the ActiveIce™ collection dynamically adjusts to the body's temperature to cool fast when needed. Moisture-wicking and featuring a UPF 50+ sun protection rating, ActiveIce™ provides active coverage and cooling, perfect for anyone who spends serious time in hot, sweaty, sun-baked conditions. Built from our most efficient and effective cooling materials, the ActiveIce Sun Sleeve keeps arms and hands cool and protected during long days in the mountains, on the trail, or in the saddle.

UPF 50+ Sun Protection
Maximum-rated sun protection shields arms and the backs of hands from harmful UV rays during long days in exposed terrain, eliminating the need for sunscreen on covered skin.
ActiveIce™ Dynamic Cooling
A phase-change cooling treatment that activates with sweat and body heat, actively lowering skin temperature in hot, humid conditions. The more you sweat, the harder it works.
Full Arm & Hand Coverage
An extended length runs from bicep down past the wrist, and an integrated thumbhole plus optional finger loop extends coverage to the top of the hand for trail runs, paddles, and long fishing days.
Bicep Grip
A silicone gripper at the bicep hem holds the sleeve in place during high-exertion activity, preventing ride-down and maintaining full coverage without constant adjustment.
Moisture-Wicking & Quick Drying
The polyester/spandex blend pulls moisture off the skin and dries fast, keeping you cool and comfortable when the pace picks up or the humidity spikes.
Lightweight & Packable
At just 2 oz per pair, the sleeves roll up small enough to fit in a running vest, jersey pocket, or pack, and pull on instantly when the sun clears the tree line.

Cleaning
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild technical-gear or liquid detergent. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or standard laundry soap, which can degrade the ActiveIce™ cooling treatment and UPF finish over time.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry. The quick-drying knit will air dry in minutes in the sun. Avoid high heat, which can damage the spandex content and reduce the elastic recovery of the fabric.
UPF Care
UPF protection is inherent to the fabric knit and will not wash out, but stretching the fabric aggressively (over a heavy backpack strap, for example) can thin the material and reduce UPF coverage in high-wear zones.
Storage
Allow sleeves to dry fully before storing. Roll or fold loosely in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. The lightweight knit resists creasing and is ready to wear straight out of storage.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
