Body-mapped insulation utilizes down and synthetic fill separately, as well as together in key areas to create a jacket with a burly feel that is surprisingly light and packable

Big Agnes Signature Diamond Quilting, allowing down to expand to its fullest while using less stitching than traditional quilt lines, to create a high warmth-to-weight ratio

No-draft collar at the neckline, no-draft elastic cuff gaskets, and covert adjustable drawcords in the hood and hem trap body heat and keep out the cold

Cleaning
Machine Wash
Machine wash in a washing machine WITHOUT AN AGITATOR, agitators are likely to cause damage to your gear. Wash on a warm, gentle cycle. Use gear specific soap, we recommend Nikwax Down Wash Direct. Rinse twice.
Drying
Tumble dry low heat with clean tennis balls.

Repairs and Warranty
Coverage
All Big Agnes gear is guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents, or damages caused by uses other than intended. Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care may be repaired, at the discretion of Big Agnes, at a reasonable charge. Gear returned for repair must be clean and free of debris.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 1–4 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
