Fuego Down Jacket - Women's

Our iconic down jacket now features a 100% recycled DWR-finished shell and the same responsibly sourced 800-fill down you know and love. With an improved fit, this jacket is one you'll never want to take it off. Fuego is the jacket we turn to year-round, from summer camping to winter wandering.

The new Fuego features an updated Regular fit, offering easier layering without compromising warmth. Longtime fans may notice it's not as slim-fitting as previous versions.

800-Fill Responsibly Sourced Down
Premium 800-fill RDS-certified down — high loft-to-weight ratio for exceptional warmth. Responsibly sourced to the Responsible Down Standard for animal welfare traceability.
Packs Into Internal Pocket
Stuff the jacket into its own interior pocket to compress for travel/backpack storage. Kelli K. (5★): "packs into a pocket and is super lightweight." Robin R. (5★): "I also like how it packs down into the pocket." Ideal for TMB-style multi-day treks.
2 Hand Pockets + 2 Dump Pockets
Dual zippered hand pockets at the waist for warm hands + dual interior dump pockets for stashing gloves, beanie, or phone. Total of 4 pockets — generous storage for a down jacket.
Improved Elastic Binding
Updated elastic binding at the cuffs and hem creates a cleaner fit and better seal against cold air. Improvement vs. previous Fuego versions.
Locker Loop
Small fabric loop at the back neck for hanging the jacket on a hook — extends garment life vs. folding the down repeatedly.
Interior Zipper Guard
Internal zipper flap prevents the zipper teeth from catching on the down insulation — extends zipper life and prevents down escape through the teeth.
Adjustable Hem w/ Bungee & Cordlock
Bungee + cordlock hem lets you cinch in at the waist to seal out cold air — adjustable on the move without removing gloves.
Year-Round Versatility

Fit Note
Updated Regular fit — easier layering than previous versions. Aggregated reviewer fit says True to size; one 4★ reviewer (Andrea R.) noted Runs large. Kelli K. (5★): "between a medium and large and went with the large as the medium was a little tight on my hips" — consider sizing up for hip room.
Length Note
Robin R. (5★, 5'7") noted "the sleeves are a tad too long" — consider this if you're 5'7" or shorter. Tall buyers (5'9"+) likely won't have this issue.

Washing
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Use a down-specific detergent (Nikwax Down Wash or Granger's Down Care) for best results — regular detergent strips natural oils from down. Close all zippers before washing.
Drying
Tumble dry LOW with 2-3 clean tennis balls or wool dryer balls. The balls break up down clumps and restore loft. Multiple cycles may be needed. Air dry flat is acceptable but takes longer.
DWR Refresh
When water no longer beads on the shell, re-treat with a PFAS-free C0 DWR spray (Nikwax TX.Direct or Granger's Extreme Repel). Apply to clean, dry garment. Tumble dry low for 15 min to heat-activate.
Ironing
Do not iron. Direct heat damages the ultralight 37 gsm nylon face and melts the downproof coating.
Bleach
Do not bleach. Chlorine destroys down clusters and yellows recycled nylon permanently.
Dry Cleaning
Do not dry clean. Solvents strip the down's natural oils (kills loft) and damage the DWR finish.
Storage
Store loosely on a hanger or in a large cotton storage sack. NEVER store compressed long-term (kills down loft permanently). Ensure garment is fully dry before storage to prevent mildew.
Clump Recovery
If down clumps after washing or extended wear, tumble dry low with tennis balls for 30-60 minutes to break up clumps and restore insulation performance.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 3-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
