Washing
Machine wash cold with like colors. Use a mild technical wash or down-specific detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and dry cleaning. Close all zippers before washing.
Drying
Tumble dry low with 2–3 clean tennis balls to restore down loft. Ensure the parka is fully dry before storing.
Storage
Store uncompressed in a dry, cool place — hanging in a closet is ideal. Avoid long-term compression to preserve down loft.
DWR Refresh
If the shell stops beading water, reproof with a PFC-free DWR treatment to restore water repellency.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
