Wipe the Pertex® Quantum Eco shell and rubber sole with a damp cloth and mild soap — avoid submerging or machine washing, which can damage the insulation and memory foam insole.
Air Dry Only
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat — never tumble dry or use external heat sources. Heat damages the PrimaLoft® Gold insulation, memory foam, and synthetic rubber sole.
Do Not Bleach or Iron
Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades recycled polyester and PrimaLoft® insulation) and hot irons (melts synthetic fibers and damages rubber sole).
Refresh Memory Foam Insole
Remove insoles periodically to air out and refresh — prevents odor buildup and maintains memory foam rebound. Replace insoles every 1-2 years for continued cushioning.
Store Loosely
Store in a dry, ventilated area — avoid long-term compression in stuff sacks, which can damage the PrimaLoft® Gold insulation loft and memory foam insole recovery.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
