Swift Cap

The Swift Cap is an OR athlete team and customer favorite, made with bluesign® approved lightweight and breathable fabrics to deliver a performance cap for trail running, hiking, or any warm-weather active pursuit — featuring a bluesign® approved recycled nylon blend that's highly breathable, water resistant, quick drying, and UPF 40, with a shaped brim and nylon panels that protect face and eyes from sun, a low profile that fits perfectly under a helmet for alpine climbing and ski touring, weighing a scant 2.5 ounces (ideal for ounce-counting backpackers and thru-hikers), with dark fabric under the brim to reduce glare, mesh panels for superior breathability, a quick-release back buckle for on-the-fly adjustment, and a moisture-wicking TransAction™ headband that keeps perspiration off the face and eyes.

Ultralight Trail-Running Performance
Weighs just 2.5 oz / 71 g — ideal for ounce-counting backpackers, thru-hikers, and fast-and-light adventurers who want sun protection without the weight of a heavier cap.
UPF 40 Sun Protection
Built-in UPF 40 shields face, ears, and neck from harsh UV on long trail days, high-alpine objectives, and summer-evening runs — solid sun protection for exposed skin without sunscreen reapplication.
Low-Profile Helmet-Compatible Fit
Low-profile crown fits cleanly under climbing, ski touring, and bike helmets — no pressure points or bunching. Wear it alone for trail running or as a liner cap under a hard shell.
Stiff Curved Brim
Pre-shaped curved brim keeps its form in rain, sweat, and pack compression — shields eyes from sun, rain, and trail-side branches without flop.
Dark Fabric Under Brim
Dark fabric on the underside of the brim reduces glare reflecting up into your eyes — critical for water sports, snow travel, and bright alpine conditions.
Mesh Panels for Breathability
Mesh side and crown panels promote airflow and heat release — keeps your head cool on hot summer runs, exposed ridge hikes, and high-output efforts.
TransAction™ Moisture-Wicking Headband
Built-in TransAction™ headband wicks sweat off your forehead and away from your eyes — no more wiping your face with a soaked brim every mile.
Water-Resistant & Quick-Drying
Recycled nylon shell sheds light rain and dries fast between efforts — survives surprise showers, splashing streams, and sweaty efforts without staying soaked.
Quick-Release Back Buckle
Quick-release buckle in the back adjusts on the fly — tighten for windy ridges, loosen for airflow, snap on and off without removing the cap.
Reflective Logo (Select Colors)
Colorways with "Reflective" in the name feature a reflective logo for low-light visibility on early-morning starts, dusk runs, and bike commutes.

Shell
bluesign® approved 60% Recycled Nylon, 40% Nylon
Panels
100% Polyester Mesh
Hand Wash Recommended
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent to preserve the stiff brim shape, mesh panels, and TransAction™ headband wicking performance.
Machine Wash Cold (If Needed)
If machine washing, use a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water — reshape the brim and air dry to maintain its structure.
Air Dry Only
Reshape the brim and air dry away from direct heat or sunlight — never tumble dry (heat warps the brim and degrades the UPF treatment).
Do Not Bleach, Iron, or Dry Clean
Avoid chlorine bleach (degrades nylon and UPF coating), hot irons (warps the brim), and dry-cleaning solvents (strips the water-resistant finish).

Passion drives us

At SpokeX Bike Co., bikes aren't just our business — they’re our way of life. As a rider-owned and operated shop, every decision we make comes from firsthand experience on the trail, at the race, and on the open road. We know what it’s like to chase a new line, push through the pain cave, and celebrate the ride — because we live it every day.
