Spot Clean Only

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap — avoid submerging or machine washing, which can damage the GORE-TEX membrane, foam brim stiffener, and PFAS-free DWR treatment.

Reshape Brim After Use

If the foam-stiffened brim loses shape after extended use or compression, gently reshape by hand and let air dry — the foam brim construction recovers with light manipulation.

Do Not Bleach or Iron

Avoid chlorine bleach and hot irons — degrades the recycled nylon, GORE-TEX membrane, and PFAS-free DWR treatment. Stick to spot cleaning and air drying.

Air Dry Away from Direct Heat

Air dry at room temperature away from radiators, fires, or direct sunlight — high heat warps the foam brim and degrades the GORE-TEX membrane.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
