Spot Clean Leather

Wipe goat leather palm with a damp cloth after use — avoid soaking the leather, which can stiffen it. Use a leather-specific cleaner for stubborn dirt or stains. Preserves dexterity and grip over time.

Treat Leather Periodically

Apply a leather conditioner or waterproofing treatment 2-3 times per season to maintain suppleness and water resistance — extends leather life dramatically and keeps the palm supple for pole/binding work.

Hand Wash Only

Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild technical detergent if needed — avoid machine washing, which can damage the XReflex™ scrim, Y-Warm insulation, merino wool fleece lining, and goat leather palm.

Dry Thoroughly Between Uses

Open the cuff and let gloves air dry completely at room temperature after wet days — never dry near direct heat (radiator, fire, dryer). Heat damages insulation loft and leather integrity.

Re-Proof DWR Periodically

Refresh the shell's DWR finish every 20-30 days of use to maintain water resistance and breathability.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
