Spot Clean When Possible
Wipe down the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap to handle everyday grime without putting the technical fabrics through unnecessary wash cycles.
Hand Wash Gently
Hand wash in cool water with a technical fabric cleaner if needed. Avoid harsh detergents that can strip the water-resistant finish and damage the XReflex scrim.
Air Dry Flat
Reshape and lay flat to dry at room temperature. Do not tumble dry or place near radiators — high heat damages the XReflex heat-reflective scrim and leather overlays.
Do Not Bleach
Bleach will degrade the nylon and polyester fibers and damage the XReflex heat-reflective treatment.
Do Not Iron
Direct heat from an iron can melt the synthetic fibers and destroy the heat-reflective scrim.
Do Not Dry Clean
Dry cleaning solvents will strip the water-resistant treatment and damage the leather palm.
Treat Leather Periodically
Apply a leather conditioner to the palm and fingertip overlays as needed to keep the leather supple and water-resistant over time.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
