A textured waffle knit traps warm air against the skin in the recessed channels while allowing excess heat and moisture to escape from the raised surface, delivering the breathable warmth of a thermal layer with the soft hand feel of a casual tee.

Cleaning

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild technical-gear or liquid detergent. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or standard laundry soap, which can degrade the elastane stretch, the Lyocell fibers, and the waffle texture over time.

Drying

Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry. Avoid high heat, which can damage the elastane content, shrink the Lyocell, and degrade the stretch and waffle texture of the fabric.

Pilling Prevention

Waffle textures can pill slightly with heavy use, especially in high-friction zones like under pack straps and under the arms. A fabric shaver safely removes pilling and restores appearance. Washing inside-out and avoiding friction from backpack straps minimizes pilling over time.

Storage

Allow the tee to dry fully before storing. Roll or fold loosely in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. The lightweight knit resists creasing and is ready to wear straight out of storage or off a backpack clip hanger on a long trip.
