An innovative 55% REPREVE® recycled polyester / 35% Sorona® / 10% polyester insulation delivers a balanced blend of warmth, mechanical stretch, and breathability—ideal for high-output activity where a standard static insulator would overheat.

Stretch-Woven Shell

A bluesign® approved 87% nylon / 13% spandex 20D ripstop stretch-woven shell moves with your body on every reach, scramble, and high-step, eliminating restriction during dynamic mountain activity.

Wind & Water Resistant

A highly wind-resistant, water-resistant shell sheds gusts, light precipitation, and snow flurries long enough to keep you comfortable on exposed ridges and through brief weather windows, without the bulk of a full hardshell.

Highly Breathable

The combination of stretch-woven shell + active insulation delivers outstanding breathability for high-output activity like skin tracks, scrambles, and long approaches where static insulators would soak through.

Packs into Hand Pocket

The left-hand pocket doubles as a built-in stuff sack, letting you compress the entire jacket into a small bundle that fits in a pack, a harness, or a large jacket pocket for emergency insulation on the go.

Zip Chest & Hand Pockets

An exterior zip chest pocket secures a phone, wallet, ID, or small map, and zip hand pockets warm cold fingers between high-output bursts or stash gloves, a beanie, and other essentials.

Low-Pro Binding™ Elastic Cuffs

Cleaning

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild technical-gear or liquid detergent. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or standard laundry soap, which can degrade the DWR finish, the VerticalX™ Eco SR™ insulation, and the stretch-woven fabric over time.

Drying

Tumble dry on low heat for 20–30 minutes to reactivate the DWR finish on the outer shell, or hang to air dry. Avoid high heat, which can damage the Sorona® fibers in the insulation, warp the spandex content, and reduce the elastic recovery of the stretch panels and cuffs.

Storage

Allow the jacket to dry fully before storing. Hang on a wide hanger or fold loosely in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid keeping it compressed in the left-hand-pocket stuff sack for long periods, which can reduce the loft and warmth of the VerticalX™ Eco SR™ insulation over time.

Zipper Care

YKK zippers last longest with occasional cleaning. Brush out debris with a soft toothbrush, and rub a beeswax candle or graphite pencil along the teeth if a zipper starts to stick. Do not force a stuck zipper—work it back and forth gently to avoid breaking the slider.

Waterproofing Refresh

When the outer shell no longer sheds water, reproof with a spray-on DWR treatment compatible with stretch-woven nylon to restore water resistance without compromising breathability or the 4-way stretch.
