Therma-FIT Warmth Technology

Heavyweight Sweat Construction
"We made these heavyweight sweats durable for your every day" — the heavyweight cotton-polyester blend provides structure and durability for daily wear. "Durable" — the substantial fabric weight stands up to repeated wear and washing, making the Tuff Fleece a reliable everyday piece. The heavyweight construction provides more warmth than lighter-weight fleece options.
Water-Repellent Finish
"Water-repellent finish helps keep you dry in wet weather" — the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish sheds light rain and snow, keeping the fleece from getting soaked. "Wet weather" — the water-repellent treatment adds versatility for variable conditions, from dry cold to damp coastal or shoulder-season weather.
Custom Fit Waistband
"An elastic waistband and internal drawcord deliver a custom fit at your waist" — the combination of elastic and drawcord provides both comfort and adjustability. "Custom fit" — the elastic stretches with your body while the drawcord lets you cinch to your preferred fit. The internal drawcord tucks away for a clean look.

Washing
Machine wash cold with like colors. Turn the pants inside-out before washing to protect the surface and preserve the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, which can degrade the cotton fibers and the water-repellent coating. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Drying
Tumble dry low or hang dry. The heavyweight fleece holds its shape well through normal dryer cycles. Avoid high heat, which can damage the elastic waistband, the cuffs, and the water-repellent finish. Remove promptly from the dryer to minimize creasing.
DWR Reapplication
To restore the water-repellent finish after extensive washing, use a technical fabric DWR spray or wash-in treatment. The treatment creates a water-shedding layer on the outer fabric that helps maintain the water-resistant performance over the life of the pants. Reapply after every 5-10 washes for optimal performance.
Storage
Store hanging or folded in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing in damp conditions, as moisture can compromise the DWR finish. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading of the Black/Summit White colorway. Fold neatly or hang to maintain the shape of the elastic waistband and cuffs.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
