Suede Care
Use a suede brush to remove dirt and restore the nap of the suede upper. For stubborn stains, use a suede eraser or suede-specific cleaner. Avoid getting the suede wet, as water can stain and damage the material. Stuff with paper when not wearing to help the mule hold its shape.
Cleaning
Wipe the rubber outsole with a damp cloth to remove dirt and salt. The foam midsole can be spot-cleaned with a mild soap solution. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoe in water, as this can damage the suede and foam construction.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Stuff with paper or use a shoe tree to help the mule hold its shape. Avoid storing in damp conditions, as moisture can damage the suede and promote mold or mildew growth.
Suede Protection
Apply a suede protectant spray before first wear and periodically thereafter to repel water and stains. The protectant creates an invisible barrier on the suede fibers that helps the shoe stay clean and dry in light rain or snow. Reapply every few months or as needed for ongoing protection.
