Spot Clean
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. For tougher stains, use a soft brush and a fabric-safe cleaner. Avoid machine washing or submerging the bag in water, as this can damage the storm flap, padding, and water-resistant coatings.
Drying
Air dry away from direct sunlight if the bag gets wet. Wipe down the water-resistant storm flap with a dry cloth to maintain its water-shedding properties. The polyester/nylon construction dries relatively quickly when air-dried.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Empty the bag of all items to prevent odors and stains from developing. If storing long-term, keep the bag loosely packed with paper or bubble wrap to maintain its shape and prevent creasing.
Hardware Care
Periodically check zippers, buckles, and straps for smooth operation. Lubricate zippers with a small amount of zipper lubricant or candle wax if they become stiff. Check the bungee cords and compression straps for elasticity and replace if they lose tension.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
