Fastenings
Before cleaning, turn your product inside out and close all Velcro® fastenings and zips to prevent accidental damage.
Washing
Machine wash at 40°C or below with similar colours. Wash as often as necessary to remove impurities such as sweat, dirt and ski wax.
Detergent
For best results, use a mild, non-flake detergent rather than liquid.
Retreating
To prolong the life of your weatherproof gear, retreat the garment to replace the waterproof coating after a certain amount of washes. If water is not beading as well as when first purchased, it may be time to retreat. Use a spray-on or wash-in DWR product following instructions carefully.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat to help restore the DWR treatment and waterproof properties.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
