Tarantula Women's Climbing Shoe

The Tarantula Women's, with its focus on comfort, is easy to use and easy to get on and off in a flash. The unlined leather upper provides excellent moisture management and stretches enough to make them a joy to put on day after day. The forefoot shape is rounded and has a higher volume for the climber not looking to mangle their feet. Yet, the slight asymmetry is aggressive enough to perform on steeper routes and trickier moves. The highly adjustable closure system adapts to various foot types and shapes. Generally sized down 1–2 full EU sizes from a standard EU street shoe size.

All-Day Comfort
Comfortable, unlined leather upper provides all-day comfort with moisture management that stretches enough for daily wear
FriXion® RS Rubber
Long-lasting sticky FriXion® rubber sticks to plastic and rock equally — durable enough for the gym circuit
Adjustable Closure
Highly adjustable closure system adapts to various foot types and shapes for a custom fit
Beginner-Friendly Asymmetry
Asymmetrical shape helps beginning climbers push the grades at a faster pace without foot fatigue
LaspoFlex Midsole
Super lightweight, ultra-thin synthetic fiber-laminate midsole designed for maximum torsional rigidity
Women's-Specific Last
Built on the WRL 45 women's last with rounded, higher-volume forefoot for all-day comfort

Cleaning
Brush off dirt and chalk with a stiff bristle brush. Wipe the unlined leather upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed; avoid soaking the shoe or saturating the leather.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Undo both hook-and-loop straps between sessions and stuff with newspaper to absorb moisture and help the shoe hold its shape.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep straps loose and uncinched to preserve the unlined leather upper and FriXion® RS rubber outsole.
