For those looking for versatility and comfort when heading outdoors to boulder or lead climb, look no further than the Kubo. With its slight downturn and subtle asymmetry, the Kubo will allow climbers to hook into pockets and hold edges in absolute comfort. Generally sized down 1–2.5 full EU sizes from a standard EU street shoe size.

Cleaning
Brush off dirt and chalk with a stiff bristle brush. Wipe the tubular microfiber and leather upper and Vibram® XS Grip2™ rand with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed; avoid soaking the unlined leather.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Stuff with crumpled newspaper to absorb moisture and help the medium asymmetry, light downturned shape hold.
Heel Construction
The integrated heel is fused to the sole for increased heel-hook precision — avoid aggressive prying or forcing the heel into cracks, which can damage the sole bond.
Resoling
The 4 mm Vibram® XS Grip2™ sole is resoleable, extending the life of the shoe well beyond the original tread. Have resoling done by a qualified cobbler familiar with climbing shoe construction.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen the dual hook-and-loop straps fully to preserve the closure tabs and keep the downturned shape relaxed between sessions.
