Cleaning
Brush off dirt, mud, and salt with a stiff bristle brush after each outing. Wipe the 1.8 mm water-repellent Idro-Perwanger® leather upper and PU Techlite™ side edges with lukewarm water and mild soap; rinse and towel dry.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or radiators. Loosen all laces and unlace the 3D Flex System EVO™ area to allow airflow through the ePE GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort lining.
Hardware Inspection
Inspect the carbon-filled technopolymer eyelets before each outing for cracks or wear. These lacing harness eyelets are critical for ankle hold — replace the boot if compromised.
Leather Care
Periodically treat the 1.8 mm Idro-Perwanger® leather upper with a leather conditioner or wax designed for full-grain mountaineering boots to prevent drying and maintain weatherproofing.
Crampon Compatibility Check
Inspect the rear TPU insert before each outing — verify your non-automatic or semi-automatic crampon clicks firmly into the rear attachment before committing to technical terrain.
Waterproofing Refresh
Periodically revive the ePE GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort membrane's water repellency with a spray-on DWR treatment designed for technical mountaineering boots.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen all laces and lightly stuff with paper to hold shape and absorb residual moisture.
