Cleaning
Brush off dirt, mud, and salt with a stiff bristle brush after each outing. Wipe the Idro-Perwanger® leather upper and Cordura® cuff with lukewarm water and mild soap; rinse and towel dry. Never machine wash.
Conditioning
Periodically treat the roughout leather with a wax- or oil-based conditioner designed for full-grain hiking boots. This maintains water repellency and prevents the leather from drying out and cracking.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or radiators. Loosen all laces fully and remove the insole to allow airflow through the Dry-Best® lining.
Resoling
The Vibram® Couloir outsole and Vibram® rubber rand are both resoleable, extending the life of the boot well beyond the original tread.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen all laces and lightly stuff with paper to hold shape and absorb residual moisture.
