Cleaning
Brush off dirt, ice, and salt with a stiff bristle brush after each outing. Wipe the Stretch Cordura® outer boot with lukewarm water and mild soap; rinse and towel dry. Remove the inner boot for separate cleaning.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or radiators. Pull the inner boot out of the shell and dry both pieces separately to prevent odor, bacterial growth, and damage to the thermo-reflective aluminum lining.
BOA® System
Keep the BOA® dials and lace cables free of ice, salt, and grit. Pop both dials open after each use to release lace tension — extends cable life and prevents freezing shut in extreme cold.
Ultrasonic Welds
Inspect ultrasonic welds and the Corner Zip™ seal after each expedition for any separation. Store the gaiter flap straight to avoid creasing the welded seams.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unbuckle both BOA® dials, loosen the inner boot closure, and lightly stuff with newspaper to hold shape and absorb residual moisture.
