For those athletes focused on uncompromising performance and purpose-built engineering, the 4:99 is only for those with a need for speed. Go ahead, beat the record! Generally sized down 0–2 full EU sizes from a standard EU street shoe size.

Cleaning
Brush off chalk and dirt with a soft bristle brush. Wipe the microfiber upper and Vibram® XS Grip2™ rubber toe with a damp cloth; avoid soaking the heat-sealed TPU coating, which can delaminate with prolonged moisture exposure.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Stuff lightly with paper to help the flat shape hold between runs.
Surface Care
The heat-sealed TPU coating is the entire reason this shoe reduces friction on the wall — replace the shoe when the coating wears through, as it cannot be reapplied.
Resoling
The 3.5 mm Vibram® XS Grip2™ half-sole is resoleable, extending the life of the shoe well beyond the original tread. Have resoling done by a qualified cobbler familiar with speed-climbing shoes.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid stacking or compression, which can deform the flat last and harm the TPU coating.

Returns & Exchanges:
