Liner Care
Remove the Intuition™ foam liner periodically to air out. Heat-moldable for custom fit; have a qualified boot fitter handle any custom molding. The standard last means the liner packs out faster than wide versions — expect a quicker break-in to your perfect fit.
BOA® + Lacing System Care
The BOA® H5 and M+2 dials are designed for years of use — keep the dials free of snow and ice by tapping after each run. The Conda™ harness is adjustable with a screwdriver. If the lace frays, replacement lace kits are available through K2 customer service.
This Grips!™ Outsole Care
The proprietary This Grips!™ outsole provides excellent grip — clean packed snow with a stiff brush. The dual-rubber compound is durable but inspect for wear periodically. The unique traction pattern is engineered for both snow and bootpack surfaces.
Shell & Cuff Care
Wipe the abrasion-resistant rubber shell with a damp cloth after riding to remove salt and grime. The articulating cuff pivots should be kept clean and free of debris. Endo™ 3.0 construction maintains its flex over time without needing adjustment.
Storage & Sizing
Store the boots in a cool, dry place between sessions. Loosen the BOA® dials between rides to extend the life of the closure system. The Maysis uses US Men's sizing (5–15) and has the largest size range in the K2 boot lineup. See Maysis Wide for the 7mm-wider variant.

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
