Built for technical and unpredictable terrain, the Women's Offtrail Hike GORE-TEX® Shoes help you chart your own course on or off the trail during your next hike or multi-day adventure. They're both rugged and protective with a Cordura® overlasted forefoot, PFAS-free GORE-TEX waterproof membrane, integrated SKYCORE rock guard, and SURFACE CTRL™ rubber outsole — designed to keep feet dry, protected, and planted on everything from scree field scrambles to muddy stream crossings.

Cleaning
Remove loose dirt with a soft brush. Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach which can damage the Cordura® ripstop and TPU overlays.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Remove the insole and loosen the laces to allow airflow through the GORE-TEX membrane.
GORE-TEX Care
PFAS-free GORE-TEX membrane does the heavy lifting. To maintain performance, periodically wash the shoes (not just spot-clean) to clear body oils and dirt that can contaminate the membrane.
Outsole Care
Clear mud, gravel, and debris from the 5 mm lugs with a stiff brush after each outing. Clean rubber wraps on the heel and forefoot to preserve lateral stability on technical ground.
Lacing
Check the ghillie-lace loops and metal eyelets before each trip. Replace frayed laces and clear debris to keep the lacing system secure across the foot and ankle.
Rock Guard
Inspect the SKYCORE rock guard periodically by feel under the forefoot. If you start feeling sharp stones through the sole, the rock guard or outsole may need attention before the next trip.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep shoes loosely laced or stuffed with paper to maintain shape and prevent collar creasing between trips.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
