Cleaning
Remove loose dirt and mud with a soft brush. Clean with mild soap and lukewarm water. Do not machine wash — the agitation and heat degrade the waterproof membrane, foam midsoles, adhesives, and SURFACE CTRL™ outsole compound.
Drying
Remove insoles and loosen laces. Stuff with crumpled newspaper or paper towels to absorb moisture and hold shape. Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight. Never place near a radiator, fireplace, or in a dryer — heat destroys the waterproof membrane and adhesive bonds.
After Wet Hikes
Don't leave wet shoes in a pack or car. Pull out the insoles, stuff with paper, and let them air out as soon as you get home to prevent odor and bacterial growth.
Waterproof Refresh
When water stops beading on the upper or your feet start getting wet in puddles, reproof with a spray-on DWR treatment (such as Nikwax TX Direct Spray-On) to restore water repellency without soaking the waterproof membrane.
Insoles
Remove insoles to dry separately after every hike. Replace insoles every 300–500 miles or when they lose shape and cushioning.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid long-term compression. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent upper material breakdown.

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding Gear & Apparel:

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
