Cleaning
Brush off dirt, mud, and salt with a stiff bristle brush after each outing. Wipe the high-tenacity ripstop mesh upper, HF TPU lacing harness, and mudguard with lukewarm water and mild soap; rinse and towel dry. Remove the Ortholite® Hybrid insole before cleaning.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or radiators. Loosen the laces and unlace the HF TPU lacing harness to allow airflow through the knit collar and GORE-TEX® ePE Extended Comfort lining.
Waterproofing Refresh
Periodically revive the GORE-TEX® ePE Extended Comfort membrane's water repellency with a spray-on DWR treatment designed for technical hiking shoes.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen all laces and lightly stuff with paper to hold shape and absorb residual moisture.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 3-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
