Cleaning
Brush off dirt, mud, and salt with a stiff bristle brush after each outing. Wipe the Nubuck leather upper, Vibram® rubber rand, and toe cap with lukewarm water and mild soap; rinse and towel dry. Remove the Ortholite® Hybrid insole before cleaning.
Drying
Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or radiators. The GORE-TEX® Surround® technology needs airflow around the entire foot to breathe — loosen all laces and unlace the 3D Flex™ ankle area fully so the Nano-Cell™ insert vents properly.
Leather Care
Periodically treat the Nubuck leather upper with a Nubuck-specific conditioner or waterproofing spray to maintain repellency and prevent drying.
Waterproofing Refresh
Periodically revive the ePE GORE-TEX® Surround® membrane's water repellency with a spray-on DWR treatment designed for hiking boots. Pay special attention to the Nano-Cell™ insert area where breathability is critical.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Loosen all laces and lightly stuff with paper to hold shape and absorb residual moisture.

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Riding gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 3-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
