Built with ultra-lightweight recycled polyester fabric and perforated sides for extra breathability, the Tech Plus 5-Panel Hat won't weigh you down. Plus, the unstructured design makes it easy to smush down and toss in a pack or pocket.

5-Panel Design

Classic 5-panel construction (1 front, 2 side, 2 back panels + brim) — lower profile and less bulk than a 6-panel, sits cleaner on the head for running and hiking.

Soft-Structured Crown

Soft (not stiff) crown construction smushes flat — tosses in a pack pocket or jacket pocket without losing shape, ideal for runners and fast-packers.

Perforated Side Panels

Laser-cut perforations at the side panels dump heat and add airflow — critical for hot weather trail runs and humid hikes where solid crowns trap sweat.

Adjustable Back Webbing Strap w/ Buckle

Webbing strap with buckle closure at the back adjusts across a wide range of head sizes — more secure than velcro on high-output activity and stays put when the hat gets sweaty.

Screen-Print Patch Graphic

Spot Cleaning

Spot clean sweatbands and brim with a damp cloth and mild soap for everyday marks. Avoid harsh solvents and bleach.

Washing

Hand wash cold in a basin with mild detergent if necessary. Avoid machine washing — agitation can distort the soft-structured crown and damage the screen-print patch.

Drying

Air dry at room temperature. Reshape the crown by hand while slightly damp and let it dry flat on a clean towel.

Ironing

Do not iron — heat melts the recycled poly fibers and can ruin the screen-print patch.

Storage

Smushes flat for stashing in a pack pocket, jacket pocket, or glove box. For longer-term storage at home, rest on a clean surface crown-up to hold its shape.
