Logging miles has never been easier than with the Women's Altamesa 500 V2. They feature the enhanced pinnacle DREAM midsole foam that's designed to provide soft cushioning with high rebound for an enjoyable running experience, and have 4 mm lugs for traction and grip on soft or rocky trails. Lightweight. Highly cushioned. These are the everyday trail shoes for runners of all levels.

Full-length ultralight DREAM nitrogen-TPU midsole foam provides a noticeable and fun rebound underfoot — soft cushioning with high energy return, designed for logging long trail miles comfortably.
36 mm Heel Stack / 6 mm Drop
36 mm heel stack height (midsole + outsole) with a 6 mm heel/toe offset delivers a balanced trail feel — enough cushion for long descents without losing ground feel on technical terrain.
Wider Underfoot Platform
Designed with a wider underfoot platform to provide inherent stability — confidence on uneven terrain without needing a medial post or stability rod, naturally steady on sidehills and technical footing.

Cleaning After Runs
Rinse off mud and trail debris with a garden hose or under a faucet after each run — avoid pressure washers which can force water into the midsole and break down the DREAM nitrogen-TPU foam over time. Let the shoes dry fully between runs.
Drying
Remove insoles if they are removable. Stuff the toes with newspaper or paper towels to absorb moisture and maintain shape. Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight — never use a dryer, radiator, or fireplace, which can warp the midsole, degrade the DREAM foam, and damage the SURFACE CTRL rubber.
Odour Control
Sprinkle baking soda inside the shoes after a hard run and let sit overnight before shaking out — helps absorb moisture and neutralize odour between deep cleans. Do not use harsh chemical deodorizers that can degrade the midsole adhesives and the engineered upper materials.
Insole Care
If the insoles are removable, take them out after each run to air separately — this helps both the insoles and the shoe interior dry faster and reduces odor buildup over time.
Outsole Maintenance
Periodically clear the 4 mm lugs of embedded debris — small stones and grit caught in the tread reduce traction. A toothpick or small brush works well for cleaning between the lugs.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the shoes upright so the midsoles don't compress unevenly. Don't store wet — moisture degrades the DREAM foam and causes premature breakdown of the midsole cushioning over the life of the shoe.

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
