MFG Board Sleeve

Designed for function and the durability travel demands, the Capita MFG Board Sleeve comes ready for your next snowboard adventure. Premium neoprene construction delivers superior impact absorption and weather resistance — protecting your board from the dings, scratches, and weather that come with car trunks, airline overhead bins, and resort base areas. Available in two sizes to cover the full range of standard snowboard lengths. Hand-crafted at The Mothership CAPiTA MFG in Austria with 100% clean energy.

Built for the Durability Travel Demands
The MFG Board Sleeve is designed to handle the realities of snowboard travel — car trunk slides, airline baggage handling, base-area drag, and the inevitable dings. Premium neoprene construction is built to take it.
Premium Neoprene Construction
Capita uses premium neoprene — the same material used in high-end wetsuits — for superior impact absorption and weather resistance. The neoprene hugs the board's contours, bounces back to shape, and protects against dings, scratches, and moisture.
Edge & Base Coverage
The sleeve is designed to cover both the edge and base of the board fully — protecting the base from snow, ice, and road salt, and the edges from rail dings, tail-drag scratches, and the bumps of airline baggage handling.
Two Size Options to Cover All Boards
Available in two sizes (157 and 165 cm) to cover the full range of standard snowboard lengths. Size 157 fits boards from 148-157 cm; Size 165 fits boards from 157-165 cm. Both sizes work for park, all-mountain, and splitboard setups.
Lightweight & Packable
The neoprene sleeve is light enough to throw in your daypack or carry-on without adding noticeable weight. Rolls or folds compactly when not in use — much more packable than a hard case for daily use.
Padded Construction
The neoprene padding absorbs impact from drops, tail-drags, and rough baggage handling. The padding is built into the sleeve material itself — no separate foam pad to slide around or come loose.

Cleaning
\n
Wipe the neoprene sleeve with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt, salt, and grime after each trip. Rinse with fresh water if exposed to road salt or seawater. Air dry completely before storing to prevent mildew — never put the sleeve in a dryer.

\n
Storage
\n
Store the sleeve flat or loosely rolled in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid folding sharply for extended periods — the neoprene can develop crease lines. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

\n
Inspection
\n
Periodically check the seams, drawstring closure, and neoprene material for wear, especially after heavy travel seasons. Small punctures or seam separations can be repaired with neoprene cement or patches.

Use Tips
\n
For airline travel, use the MFG Board Sleeve as a secondary layer inside a hard travel case for maximum protection. For daily use, the sleeve is your primary transport protection — it goes from car to base area to chairlift without the bulk of a hard case. The neoprene is water-resistant, not waterproof — don\'t submerge it in puddles or leave it in standing water.
