Sized just right for young riders ready to step up, the Youth Brigade Mini bridges the gap between the Micro Mini and the more "tweenage" sizes in the Youth Brigade series. Built at The Mothership™ using 100% clean energy and reforestation-certified woodcores, the Brigade Mini delivers sustainability without sacrificing performance. With progression-focused design, durable materials, and a price that makes sense for parents, it brings big-mountain spirit to a small, shred-ready package. A scaled-down version of the Youth Brigade shapes — engineered with rider development in mind as kids transition out of the micro sizes and continue to build fundamental snowboarding skills.

The Brigade Mini bridges the gap between the Micro Mini and the more "tweenage" sizes in the Youth Brigade series — five sizes from 110 to 130 cm cover riders from 50 to 80 lbs. Sized just right so kids can progress without outgrowing their setup every season.

Base Care
The XXX[TRUDED] extruded base is low-maintenance by design — perfect for kids who aren't going to wax. Just wipe it down after riding and store it dry. Unlike sintered bases, extruded bases don't need regular waxing to perform. When it eventually looks dry or slow, a single hot wax will bring it back.
Edge Tuning
Sharpen edges with a file or stone when they feel dull, after hitting rocks, or at the start of each season. The Brigade Mini's True Twin shape means detune the contact points symmetrically for a less catchy feel — important for younger riders still building edge-control technique.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep it in a board bag to protect the topsheet and base from scratches during transport and storage. Avoid leaving it in a hot car or garage — heat can delaminate the topsheet and weaken the base.
Binding Mounting
The standard stainless steel insert pattern lets you set stance width and angles anywhere in the range. Mount bindings with the standard pattern using 4× M6 screws per binding. The Brigade Mini is True Twin — mount the bindings perfectly centered around the mid-body for switch riding. Capita's reference stance for each size is listed in the size chart — use that as a starting point and adjust based on your rider's stance preference.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
