Enhanced with bonded post-consumer recycled Thermopolymer channels into ultra-lightweight select grain wood core strips, the THERMOPOLYMER HOVER Core™ is extremely light and strong with excellent dampening properties. Holysheet™ Fiberglass

The MOONSHOT OMNI-TUNE™ is an aftermarket high-performance race-base structure that wicks water from your base at a 45-degree angle making these boards fast as f*#k to the lift line or to the finish line. Race-tuned base structure for maximum speed and water displacement in all snow conditions.
Aluminum Tail Plate
Integrated into the tail, this high-strength aluminum plate adds a layer of durability — protecting against impact, while enhancing power transfer and stability. The aluminum tail plate reinforces the tail against the abuse of aggressive all-mountain riding and adds a bit of pop to the tail for ollies and presses.

After Use
Wipe down the base with a dry cloth to remove snow and moisture. The BSOD's THERMOPOLYMER HOVER Core and FAIRMAT carbon additives are stable but the recycled Thermopolymer channels should be kept dry to maintain their dampening properties. Store the board in a cool, dry place with bindings loose or removed.
Base & Edge Maintenance
The Hyperdrive sintered base is CAPiTA's fastest and most premium sintered material — holds wax exceptionally well and is built for high-speed charging. Wax regularly — every 4-6 days of riding, or whenever the base looks dry or white. The Moonshot Omni-Tune base structure is a race-tuned pattern that channels water away from the base — keep it clean and waxed for maximum speed. The FAIRMAT carbon is more environmentally friendly than traditional carbon but requires the same care — inspect for any damage from rail or rock contact.
Storage
Store the board flat or on its base in a board bag, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. The THERMOPOLYMER HOVER Core and FAIRMAT carbon are stable but the recycled Thermopolymer channels can be more sensitive to prolonged high temperatures than standard cores — avoid leaving the board in a hot car or garage. The directional shape and aluminum tail plate add durability for transport and storage.
Binding Compatibility
The BSOD uses the standard 4x2 or 2x4 mounting pattern, compatible with all major binding brands. The directional shape with 1.1mm taper means bindings should be mounted slightly back from center (typically 1cm toward the tail) for proper directional performance without sacrificing too much switch capability. The medium-stiff flex and directional shape pair well with medium-stiff to stiff all-mountain/freeride bindings (like the Union Atlas, Burton Cartel X, or NOW Drive).

Returns & Exchanges:
