HYBRID SUPERCARBON™ HOLYSHEET™
Introducing the latest breakthrough from The MotherShip™: the HYBRID SUPERCARBON™ HOLYSHEET™. This cutting-edge development is the result of a collaborative effort with CAPiTA's glass supplier — ingeniously interwoven carbon additives directly into the HOLYSHEET™ fiberglass, leading to a substantial performance boost. The Super D.O.A. gets this pro-level construction at a more accessible price than the pro-model DEFENDER series.
Mega-Premium Poplar + Paulownia Core
Utilizing an advanced electronic sorting system allows CAPiTA to select mega-premium, reforestation certified, Poplar graded by weight and grain consistency. Comparable to Paulownia in strength to weight ratio, this core retains the poppiness of Poplar, and then achieves a signature feel by adding bonde-constructed Paulownia for reduced weight and increased strength. The result is a core that's light enough for park laps and strong enough for high-speed charging.
FORTRESS™ ARAMID BOUND SIDEWALLS
With seven Transworld Good Wood Awards in six years for the D.O.A. series, the performance and value of these boards are unmatched. FORTRESS™ ARAMID BOUND SIDEWALLS are bonded by an Aramid "S" wrap from the top of the sidewall to the underside of the core. After Use
Wipe down the base with a dry cloth to remove snow and moisture. The Digital Print + Metallic Underlay topsheet is durable and easy to clean — just a quick wipe with a dry cloth after each session. The true twin shape means both ends see equal wear — rotate your binding stance periodically if you ride predominantly switch to ensure even base wear.
Base & Edge Maintenance
The HYPERDRIVE base is CAPiTA's fastest and most premium sintered base material. Wax regularly — every 4-6 days of riding, or whenever the base looks dry or white. The Moonshot Omni-Tune base structure is a race-tuned pattern that channels water away from the base — keep it clean and waxed for maximum speed. The FORTRESS ARAMID sidewalls are extremely durable but inspect them periodically for any damage from rail or rock contact. Sharpen edges regularly to maintain the D.O.A.'s renowned edge hold.
Storage
Store the board flat or on its base in a board bag, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. The Mega-Premium Poplar + Paulownia core with HYBRID SUPERCARBON HOLYSHEET is stable but the carbon additives can be more sensitive to prolonged high temperatures than standard cores — avoid leaving the board in a hot car or garage. The Digital Print topsheet is durable but can be scratched by other boards in storage — use a board bag for transport.
Binding Compatibility
The Super D.O.A. is a true twin with inserts centered on the board — standard 4x2 or 2x4 mounting pattern, compatible with all major binding brands. The medium-stiff flex and true twin shape pair well with medium-stiff to stiff all-mountain/park bindings (like the Union Atlas, Burton Cartel, or NOW Drive). The true twin shape means bindings should be mounted centered for balanced switch riding. The 10-size range (5 standard + 5 wide) makes the Super D.O.A. accessible to riders of all sizes.
