What's Included

Bag
Microfiber bag
Lens Cleaning
Clean with the included microfiber bag and a small amount of water or lens cleaner. Never use paper towels, a shirt hem, or household cleaners — grit and fabric fibers scratch the lens coatings and permanently degrade optical clarity.
Frame Care
Rinse sweat, sunscreen, and grime off the frame and megol nose pads regularly with fresh water. Dry with a soft cloth before storing, and take care to keep oily hands off the lens coatings.
Corewire Temple Adjustment
The adjustable corewire temples are shaped to your face at purchase. Bend them gently to fit, and avoid sharp creasing at the wire joint, which weakens the core and can cause the temple to snap. If a wire breaks, the frame may not be repairable.
Storage
Store in the microfiber bag provided, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Never leave the glasses loose on a dashboard or in a hot vehicle — heat warps the bio-based frame and can damage the lenses.
Polarized Lens Care
Place polarized lenses face-down on a clean, soft surface when not in use to prevent scratches against the frame or bag lining. Do not stack polarized lenses directly against other polarized lenses.

Shipping Policy

Components:

All component items (wheels, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, etc.) ship within 4-7 business days of purchase.

Bicycles:

Complete bikes typically ship within 2–3 weeks due to build, tuning, and inspection times. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 Gear & Apparel:

Outdoor Gear and apparel orders (helmets, jerseys, gloves, etc.) ship within 5-21 business days. Please reach out to us with the most up to date deliveries times as they vary per Manufacturer. 

Returns & Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange an item, it must be returned in original condition—unused, uninstalled, and with all packaging intact.
